杨雪鹏，博士，教授，硕士生、博士生导师，河南省学术技术带头人，中原基础研究领军人才，省特聘教授，中国酶工程专业委员会委员，河南省学位委员会委员。现任学院副院长，主持学院全面行政工作，河南省植物功能成分利用国际联合实验室主任。
本科毕业于郑州轻工业大学发酵工程专业，硕士毕业于中国农业大学食品科学专业（与中国科学院微生物研究所合作培养），博士毕业于华东理工大学生物化工专业。在美国Auburn University化学与生物化学系从事博士后研究2年，师从 Steven Mansoorabadi教授，在英国 St.andrews University化学院从事访问学者研究1年，师从Jame H.Naismith教授。
主讲本科生、研究生《生物催化与转化专题》《烟草工业生物技术》等课程。近几年，主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、中国烟草总公司重点研发专项2项、省重点研发专项、科技攻关、重点自然基金及企业委托技术开发项目30余项。发表SCI等论文50多篇，授权国家技术发明专利15件。获上海市优秀博士论文奖、指导研究生获河南省优秀硕士论文奖、作为主要完成人参与获得国家技术发明二等奖1项、主持获得河南省科技进步二等奖1项。
团队研究方向：烟草化学与生物合成工程。主要开展天然产物生物合成、烟草主要化学成分分析及功能研究、基于烟草植物细胞或微生物细胞提取物热反应香料制造、天然产物精细化加工制造香料、生物材料合成等。

Yang Xuepeng, Ph.D., professor, Doctoral supervisor, academic technology leading figure in Henan Province, leading talent of basic research in Central Plains, Provincial honorary professor, The member of China Enzyme Engineering Committee, The member of Henan Degree Committee. He received his bachelor's degree in Fermentation Engineering from Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, his master's degree in Food Science from China Agricultural University (in cooperation with the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences), and his doctorate degree in biochemistry from East China University of Science and Technology. 2 years of postdoctoral research in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Auburn University, USA, under the supervision of Professor Steven Mansoorabadi, 1 year of visiting research in the School of Chemistry, St.andrews University, UK. Under Professor Jame H.Naismith. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses such as Enzyme Engineering and Special Topics on Biocatalysis and Transformation. He mainly engaged in the multi-purpose utilization of tobacco and research on new tobacco products. In recent years, he has been funded over 2 key research and development projects of China National tobacco corporation, 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, more than 20 projects of provincial science and technology research, provincial nature fund and technology development projects entrusted by enterprises. He has published more than 50 SCI papers and authorized more than 15 national technical invention patents. He won the Shanghai Excellent Doctoral Thesis Award, participated in the second prize of National Technological invention as the main completion person, and won the second prize of science and Technology Progress of Henan Province. He is currently the vice president of the College and be responsible for the overall administrative work of the college.
